These Terms and Conditions establish the agreement between TT Wash® MULTI SERVICES LLC. ("TTwash®") and each user ("you" or "user") that governs the use of this webapp and the services provided by TT Wash® MULTI SERVICES LLC. (collectively, "Services"). Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before using this Webapp or the Services. By using this Webapp or the Services, you accept and are subject to the established terms and conditions, which include the incorporation of the Privacy Policy of TT Wash® MULTI SERVICES LLC. If you do not agree with the terms and conditions established in this document, you cannot access or use this Site or the Services. We reserve the right, and you authorize us, to use information about your use of our website, the Services, your account (as defined below) and any other personal information provided by you in accordance with our privacy policy. Furthermore, you acknowledge and agree that any dispute regarding the privacy policy, including security or privacy violations, will be subject to the limitations of liability, dispute resolution and arbitration provisions contained in these terms and conditions.

TT Wash® MULTI SERVICES LLC. makes no implicit or explicit claim that a detail will prevent or stop the spread of Coronavirus or any other such sickness and results are not guaranteed.
YOUR TT Wash® MULTI SERVICES LLC. ACCOUNT
You will be able to book a detail service from TT Wash® MULTI SERVICES LLC. without registering; However, you will not be able to take full advantage of all TT Wash® MULTI SERVICES LLC. has to offer unless you register and create an account with TT Wash® MULTI SERVICES LLC. If you complete the account registration process, you will provide certain personal information, and will create a username and password. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account username and password and are fully responsible for all activities and transactions that occur under your username, password and/or Account. You agree to immediately notify TT Wash® MULTI SERVICES LLC. of any unauthorized use of your username, password or account or any other breach of security. TT Wash® MULTI SERVICES LLC. will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with this section. When creating an account with TT Wash® MULTI SERVICES LLC., via the Mobile Application or otherwise, you agree to (a) provide true, accurate, current and complete information about yourself as prompted, and (b) maintain and promptly inform us to update such information to keep it true, accurate, current and complete. If you provide any information that is false, inaccurate, outdated or incomplete, or if TT Wash® MULTI SERVICES LLC. has reasonable grounds to suspect that such information is false, inaccurate, outdated or incomplete, TT Wash® MULTI SERVICES LLC. has the right to terminate your account, suspend or terminate your detail order(s), and prohibit any and all current or future use of the webapp and Services (or any portion thereof) by you.
CANCELLATION OF A DETAIL
You may cancel a scheduled detail DIRECTLY with TT Wash® MULTI SERVICES LLC. (not the detail professional) more than 1 day before your original appointment date (not a rescheduled appointment date) without incurring any cancellation fees or charges. If the weather is bad and you need to reschedule your appointment there are no rescheduling fees or cancellation fees if the appointment is rescheduled (rescheduling a detail does not allow for a new cancellation window which would create a loophole) and is subject to soonest availability of the detail professional. We hold your specific appointment day and time for you and cannot schedule other customers in this window and because of this our cancellation fee is as follows: The fee for not cancelling more than 1 day before your appointment is 25% of your requested detail. In the case that you've requested a rush service, you will also be charged the full rush fee. Rush services require us to rearrange our schedule, call in detailers from out of the area, or detailers that are off to accommodate your rush needs, so no refunds are given on the rush fee portion of the detail request. If the detail professional shows up on site and you wish to cancel your detail appointment before the detailer commences upon the work, you'll be charged a 50% cancellation fee for the travel and time involved with the detail professional coming to the primes. If the detail professional commences upon the work and you wish to cancel, you'll be charged the full amount of the detail.

TT Wash® MULTI SERVICES LLC. provides you with the ability to conveniently schedule online with a top customer rated independent local detailing company. TT Wash® MULTI SERVICES LLC. is a platform through which independent detail professionals sell detailing services. These independent detailers are the sellers and issuers of the detail services and are solely responsible to you for the care, quality, and delivery of the detail and services provided. TT Wash® MULTI SERVICES LLC. is strictly an intermediary referral service between customers and independent detail companies. TT Wash® MULTI SERVICES LLC. does not imply in any way or form that we're the company performing the detailing service. Any and all payments made to TT Wash® MULTI SERVICES LLC. Inc is strictly a referral fee for our service to you, providing you with a top rated customer rated detailer and for the service and convenience of using TT Wash® MULTI SERVICES LLC. to line you up with an independent local detailer. All payments made to TT Wash® MULTI SERVICES LLC. are NOT for the detail performed.
REVIEWS AND USER CONTENT
www.washtt.com may enable you to post your own content on the Site, such as Feedback (as defined below) regarding the Services or the Service Professional. We reserve the right to remove any Feedback, including any unfavorable feedback. If you are a present or former employee, an employer, an immediate family member, or if you have any relationship to the detail professional beyond that of a consumer, and you post Feedback about the detail professional, you agree to fully disclose your affiliation with the detail professional in any Feedback you post on the Site. TT Wash® MULTI SERVICES LLC shall become the owner of any reviews, comments, suggestions or other feedback regarding the services posted to www.Washtt.com, any of TT Wash® MULTI SERVICES LLC. social media pages, and other websites where “feedback” is gathered. TT Wash® MULTI SERVICES LLC will not be required to treat any Feedback as confidential, and will not be liable for any Feedback posted and will not incur any liability as a result of any similarities that may appear. Without limitation, TT Wash® MULTI SERVICES LLC has ownership of all present and future existing rights to any feedback of every kind and nature everywhere and will be entitled to use the Feedback for any commercial or other purpose whatsoever, without compensation and to you or any other person sending the Feedback. By creating an account, scheduling an appointment or using our services, you agree to receive communications, including promotional communications, from time to time from TT Wash® MULTI SERVICES LLC. via any form of advertising we deem fit. You may stop receiving promotional alerts via email by unsubscribing at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link at the bottom of each email. Each time you place a new order, you're automatically opting back into receiving promotional content. You may also receive text message communications to your mobile device relating to your booked service and/or your Account, if you opt to receive such text message communications. You acknowledge and agree that we may send a response text message solely to confirm your opt out request. TT Wash® MULTI SERVICES LLC. uses cookies, tracking pixels and related technologies. Cookies are small data files that are served by our platform and stored on your device.
